These terms describe Healing from Within and the digital resources and membership offered by Annalee Fuller.

Public purchases and paid memberships are not available during the current free beta. The paid-offering policies below apply when sales open.

The five-day series

Checking the required consent box and submitting the signup form enrolls you in the five-day series. The first email is sent soon after signup, and the remaining lessons are scheduled one day apart. Email delivery can be affected by spam filters, provider limits, or technical delays. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email.

The signup form also asks permission for updates about future offerings, early access, and discounts. Joining this list is free. It does not enroll you in a paid membership, authorize future charges, or guarantee a launch date, place, price, or discount.

Your mini-course account

You can optionally create a free account using the same email address as your series signup. Verify that email address to link your lessons and save your progress across devices. One lesson becomes available per 24 hours from enrollment. Email delivery and lesson availability may differ slightly because delivery can be delayed.

Keep your sign-in details private. Contact support if you need help with account access. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not remove your linked mini-course access or progress. Installing Metamorphosis is optional; you can also use the website in a browser.

Educational resources

The writing, audio, video, and guide materials are for general education, reflection, and personal use. They are not medical advice, nursing care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation does not establish a clinical relationship. Please read the Health & Wellness Disclaimer, and pause, adapt, or skip any practice that does not feel appropriate for you.

Materials and credits

Annalee’s original writing and recordings remain her work. Please direct others to the signup page rather than distributing copies of the email series. Third-party materials keep their own ownership and license terms; music attribution and license links appear on the relevant practice page.

Beta access and feedback

The beta is an opportunity to try the free series and share feedback. Pages and resources may be improved, moved, or temporarily unavailable while development continues.

Paid offerings

Renewal and cancellation

Membership renews monthly until canceled. Cancel through your account, and your access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.

Founding membership price

Founding members keep their $10 monthly rate while continuously subscribed. If you cancel and later return, the membership price available at that time applies.

Refunds

Membership payments and digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access is provided. Please contact us about a billing error or access problem so we can review it individually. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.

Membership library

Membership includes online access to the resources identified as included while your membership is active. Most mini workbooks are available to read in the app; selected templates can be downloaded. Individual workbook purchases include a downloadable copy.

Separate purchases

Canceling membership does not remove your separately purchased course or workbook access. Each product description explains what is included before you buy.
