A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Annalee.
Mother, registered nurse, wellness educator, and lifelong student of the body, mind, and spirit.
MY STORY
The path that brought me here.
My relationship with movement began when I started dancing at three years old. For more than fifteen years, dance was part of my life, and one of the ways I expressed the emotions I couldn't always put into words.
I began my formal study of wellness in 2018, earned my bachelor's degree in Exercise and Wellness in 2021, and worked as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I wanted to help women heal their relationships with their bodies and create lasting change (not chase another six-week transformation).
Then motherhood changed everything. Our first daughter arrived eleven weeks early, followed by a NICU stay and challenges with my own postpartum mental health. That experience inspired me to go back to school for nursing.
Last May, our son Henry was unexpectedly stillborn. After another pregnancy loss, I wondered if we would ever bring a healthy baby home again. Our family's picture is incomplete and always will be.
As I learned to live alongside grief, I knew I needed more than diet and exercise. I explored trauma therapy, somatic practices, meditation, prayer, journaling, energy work, and spiritual connection. In August, we welcomed our rainbow baby after another high-risk pregnancy.
Along the way, I was carried by people who loved me, and by what I understand as angels both in heaven and on earth. My mission grew from that experience: to share the knowledge and support I've gathered so women have somewhere to begin, and don't feel they have to walk through their pain alone.

MY PHILOSOPHY
Healing begins within. And moves outward.
I believe true health and well-being come from more than diet and exercise. They begin inside of us and reach into every part of how we live. But so many women have never been given the basic education, tools, or support to care for their whole selves. Our healthcare and education systems, and even the environments we live in, aren't always built around helping us thrive.
When I worked as a personal trainer, I wasn't interested in before-and-after photos followed by the next quick fix. I wanted women to build a relationship with their bodies and create meaningful changes that could last for years, even a lifetime. That conviction has only deepened through motherhood, nursing, and everything I have experienced since.
My approach brings together Eastern wisdom and Western understanding. Science meets spirituality. Nourishment, strength training, endurance, mobility, the nervous system, mindfulness, prayer, meditation, and the way we care for our inner world all belong in a fuller conversation about health. Dance taught me early that movement can be a powerful way to express what words cannot; today that experience shapes the somatic practices I share.
I also believe that what we take in matters: the food we eat, the media we consume, the people we surround ourselves with, and the ideas we give our attention to. So does what we put into the world: the way we speak to ourselves, how we spend our time, what we create, and the connections we nurture. We can't choose everything that happens to us. Tragedy can arrive without warning, and I don't believe everything happens for a reason. But where we do have choices, those choices can help us build lives rooted in greater intention and well-being.
None of this is meant to be done alone. Connection matters, especially among women who can understand and support each other. A course is only the beginning: the real work is integrating what we learn into everyday life. That is why I'm creating a community for ongoing teaching, shared experience, and genuine connection, online and eventually through more in-person gatherings.
I've learned so much the hard way. Now I want to bring it all into one place so more women have access to the resources and support I wished I'd had. Healing begins within, but it doesn't have to happen alone.
