This notice covers Annalee Fuller’s free Healing from Within email series, signup form, guided audio, body-scan audio, and website support. It also covers the optional mini-course account and saved lesson progress. Paid purchases and member discussions are not open during this beta.

Information you share

The signup form asks for your email address, an optional first name, and permission to send the five-day series and updates about Annalee’s future offerings. We keep signup, consent, delivery, and unsubscribe records to manage that request. A subscriber identifier and enrollment time link the email series with the mini-course. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Please keep detailed health histories and other sensitive personal information out of signup and support messages.

If you create an account, we process your email address, optional name, password authentication, email-verification status, and account identifier. We link your verified account to the series signup using the same email address and store your lesson-completion choices and enrollment time to show your progress and release each day’s lesson.

How information is used

We use this information to deliver the resources and updates you request, respond to support, troubleshoot delivery, and honor your email preferences. Checking the required consent box and submitting the form starts the series without a separate confirmation email; it does not create a paid account or authorize a charge.

Optional beta feedback and reviews

If you take part in beta feedback, we store your optional answers and review with your account and course enrollment so Annalee can review your experience. Brevo receives beta-group membership and a feedback-submitted marker to manage survey reminders; your answers and review text are not sent to Brevo. Submitting feedback is separate from giving permission to use a review publicly. You can choose whether to give that permission and withdraw it through the review-permission page or by contacting Annalee.

Optional lesson notifications

If you enable daily lesson reminders, we store an encrypted device subscription linked to your course enrollment, your reminder choice, and delivery status. Your browser’s push service delivers the notification. Notifications contain only the course day and practice name, not your email, health information, or personal progress. You can turn off lesson reminders in your course dashboard or turn off notifications in your device settings. This choice is separate from your email subscription.

Services used in this beta

• Brevo processes signups, stores subscription and consent records, and sends the emails. Its delivery reports can include email opens and link clicks.
• Supabase provides account authentication, including email verification, sign-in sessions, and password recovery. Account emails are delivered through Brevo separately from marketing preferences.
• OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and delivery of the audio and other files. Hosting services process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and errors.
• Google provides optional Google sign-in. If you choose it, Google shares your email address and basic profile information with Supabase to authenticate your account.
• Google Gmail handles messages sent to Annalee’s support inbox.

These services process information to provide their functions. Their linked notices explain their own practices. External resource links may take you to other websites with separate privacy policies.

Your choices

Use the unsubscribe link in a Healing from Within email to stop marketing emails. If you have an account, you can also open Email preferences to manage journal updates or stop optional emails. You can still contact support. Unsubscribing does not delete your account or saved learning progress. Necessary account-verification and recovery emails remain separate from marketing emails. You can also control remote-image loading and cookies through your email app and browser; those settings may affect email reporting or media playback. Sign-in uses cookies to keep your account session available.

Email hello@annaleefuller.com to request access, correction, deletion, or help with your preferences. We may need enough information to verify that a request concerns your own email address. A minimal opt-out record may be retained so that an unsubscribe request continues to be honored.

Manage permission to use a review you shared.

Retention and security

Subscription, support, and delivery records are kept as needed to provide the requested services, resolve issues, manage preferences, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Providers have their own retention practices. No online service can promise absolute security.

App usage

For signed-in accounts, we record the day and time you use Metamorphosis in a browser or as an installed home-screen app. This helps us understand active use and improve the experience. This activity record does not include your private reflections, goal answers, precise location, device fingerprint, or a page-by-page browsing history. We cannot detect when you uninstall the app.
